Feeling some weird sensations below my neck right where back a d neck are attached. I even had a moment where thise sensation were intense like some one was tapping me weirdly. I felt i was not in my body for a split second and when i touch my neck i didnt felt my usual touch. I was hell scared. There are times i feel same sensation on same spot pls explain
What you may be feeling is how the energy is coming across in your body. You may have a blockage that needs releasing. If the energy is too intense use for just a few minutes at a time or try a different video.
