TINOLANG MANOK

TINOLANG MANOK is one of the favorite Filipino soup usually serve as an appetizer or a main dish with rice . Traditionally, this is cooked with green papaya and leaves of siling labuyo but we use malungay leaves in this recipe, flavored with ginger, onion, garlic, pepper and salt.
