The Sheesh documentary would answer your questions about the Special Gift. They released it a couple of weeks ago.
This was the original/1st version of the rap part written by Choice37 and team. But YG, upon listening to it, asked Treasure Choi Hyunsuk to write another version because he thinks this version isn't it. Choi Hyunsuk's version was eventually chosen and was released.
Even though YG doesn't say it in the video, the good news is King Kong is an all English song so they are starting to go for the US/European market. Evidence includes that for their collab with Uniqlo, on the Uniqlo site for the tshirt collection it says "have plans to expand to North America and Europe". Additionally, there was a leaked tracklist from Columbia Records awhile back with the titles of their songs for the album that's coming in the fall. Treasure were also added to the Columbia Records website this month.

@@clandestinecoherence but teumes better hype king kong hard so they get opportunities for major media appearances and performances. Things like buying the uniqlo shirts can help too to show that there's a market for them in various places.

No one knows if it will be an English song. I feel like they would have officially announced it if it was... + Hyunsuk is the main lyricist on the song and his English is good, but probably not good enough to write a whole song in English
Honestly teume’s better hype their new album including King Kong better than their last release. I wanna see treasure go up there because they definitely have A LOT of charm to go into big arena’s/festivals abroad due to their strong performances
