Sir me papa ko past week me blood cbc test karaya jisme unka platelet 61000 , Hemeoglobin = 9gm tha
Eosinophil = increase tha but jab prorper diet leya and Next week again test karaya jisme platelet = 120000 , Hemoglobin = 11gm ho gya and Rbc = decreased he hai no change lekin Eosinophil = 14 % se Increase hokar 16 % ho gya sir and Lymphocytes = decreased he ho gya
