Reeses first I wanted to say I met u on ur neighborhood 10 min ago and those are some ideas for ur town u can have a cat cafe, makeup shop, a hair dressers, toy shop/nursery shop, bridal shop, luxury shop (fragrances, makeup, clothes, jewelry, shoes, etc), pizza shop, laundromat,flower shop,ramen/noodle cafe, international grocery mart, etc and I think u should build a zoo not in the town and then maybe u can invite us and we can tour it maybe just ideas btw I’d like to help
