Lately I’ve started journaling. It’s been helpful. I’m in my healing era & 2023 is my healing year. It’s a long process. This past week was a rough week

i’m 24 too 😭 and i relate so much to the fact that everyone arnd seems to kind of be moving on to the “bigger” things in life and how that got me thinking so much abt my own life recently. ngl, it gets so daunting. so being able to hear ur perspective and relate and seeing the way u lead life thru ur videos, u have no idea how much comfort and peace it brings! 💗 only wishing the best for u right here from singapore, we got this 💪🏻

I did scream when you said “picnic” like no way it’s homie from the park and indeed. Love that.

i feel like everytime i watch your videos i always learn something new and helpful that apply to my own life! how did you become so eloquent and wise??

so glad I can bring some value to you! Haha you’re sweet, still a long way to improve. But I’d listen to eloquent individuals in podcast, convos, speeches and listen to how they format their sentences. I’d also practice mindful speaking so trading words+intentional sentence structure.
Lastly, recording my podcast helped a lot. I used to use a script, but decided to speak freely to help improve my speaking skills.
Overall, lots of knowledge consumption and mindful speech. Hope that helped.

That’s a sticky note in my room. Like I have tons of these sticky note notes for me but namely: will you see it as a problem or an opportunity? And the second I want to mention: nothing is wasted, it’s all for your good.
