What it do bro! I watched you compete yesterday. Idk how you look so effortless while running 20.3. It is beyond my comprehension bro! Keep it up and have fun while doing it. You are on track to do wonderful things this summer. Be patient and allow Kungfu to remain idle until you have to release the 1 inch punch! Let these dudes sleep and sleep. Whenever your feeling down or disappointed about a race, just know you have fans that support you and are rooting for you! One thing I observed in the 200 at Miramar is you were relaxed coming off the turn and instead of you increasing your arm and leg frequency. You kept your shoulders tight and didn’t switch gears like you normally do. I am no coach but I am a track fanatic. Love this sport. You are now back to the work and by USA’s you’ll be ready. Just remain hungry and healthy. I don’t think you can lose when you have peaked! Seriously bro! Let’s get it! USA 🇺🇸 Yo, you split 44.mid in that 4x400 last weekend. And by golly you didn’t even look like you were trying! Your talent is amazing and you deserve the highest accolades in the sport. Respect my brother. No pressure, again, have fun and represent!
Kenny is running against Husain Bolt....he is your only competition....run your best race....your body will do what the mind believes....listen and learn your body....good training feels good....your mind must listen carefully to the body.....you will be learning about your body your entire life....every decade you will learn more...as we age our bodies react with more awareness....the runner who listens with complete focus will run longer and stronger....listen carefully....learning the body is learning Gods wisdom....learn and eat Gods earth garden power food....eat fresh feel fresh be fresh....
