They were the Summer Queens in their time. Touch My Body and Ma Boy for example are extremely iconic hits that give off just the right amount of matured sexiness.

If you are a somewhat decent dancer, dancing on those kind of high heels is not that hard. But it must be difficult for them to perform with those shoes and that long skirt because they could step on it and fall.
I heard that when they were preparing for debut, they had to wear 10cm inches all the time, even with dance practices, and that's why it's pretty easy for them and they are known to always wear kill heels no matter what

I think they should change their high heels with close one in front than open toe becuase it has a tendency that foot will slip in front which is very dangerous and may caused injury. I just noticed some members are having a hard time doing the steps or when they are turning! But, still they give their 100% performance.
EDIT: True, Sistar is also known for their high heels when performing is just that i'm just concerned for them. Not hating them! :)
