Yes, it is easier to notice the synchronism of the men with the music, but you need to watch the DVD of this performance many, many times to fully appreciate it.
I agree. The parts that were more modern dance influenced didn't quite work for me, although I did really enjoy the parts that were more like traditional ballet. Maybe it's a matter of personal taste or maybe the dancers are just more skilled and comfortable with the more classical elements.

Since when you EAT a ballet danced to a symphony? The switching of the camera is practical because it allows to capture details of the vast scene.
