Hello CranesEtc. Thank you for posting all these great videos on cranes. I would have never considered buying one of these models had it not been for your videos.
I do have one question. Can you put any kind of actual weight on the hook? I know the models is 4 KG and comes with counter-weights. But I wonder how much it can actually lift let's say in 45 degrees boom elevation and max extention?

Does anyone ever weather these models? It is very obvious that in use the full size cranes get very gritty/oily etc. Whilst the models always look as if they are just out of the factory. Are these basically too expensive for people to make them look used or am I talking mince and these look like they come out of the factory because they are being unboxed and reviewed and the usual state to see them is weathered?
A very few collectors will weather models like these but it is highly skilled work. The production of models like these is usually sponsored by the makers of real machines so they want the models to look their best.

Details now are worst than in the review moment, the pulleys are stiff and don't roll good, the color match of the plastic cilinders is not ok, and it looks like they dont have enought paint to paint all the crane and just for one layer. I expect more from wsi models, years before there are the best models (price quality) but now, I thing they are decreasing the quality.

You seem to be missing KSM Modellfahrzeuge in that list.
Plus they seem to have lower costs for these same models (ie 505 eu for a Denzai Liebherr LTM 11200, as opposed to those on your list selling them for over 6-700 eu).
