Go look at the chat logs. Nothing was there around that time. So either it was said earlier and he held onto it or it got deleted by mods and Ramee could still see it. That means no proof. He was also stepping away from the trunk when Marty jumped out, so there's the chance Ramee wouldn't have even noticed him in there.

the owner of the server was the one that said they could roll up on them at the hospital, they wouldn't have done it if koil didnt say it was okay.
