Hi, Chalets admission office is 1 Km from the entrance gate. You can come inside by taxi or car. The entrance fee is AED 30 per vehicle

You must book online and on your selected date and time once you will reach Mamzar park there is one office dedicated for chalet only. By showing your booking you can get the keys from there
