It's not just Rey. Basically anyone with Endurance less than 8 will be like that whrn facing Brock Lesnar or Goldberg.
I used to play as Rey in season mode, difficulty set to smackdown, and Brock was always the hardest to beat. The problem was he is so OP and whenever he blocked any of my moves with an elbow to the ribs I was on orange damage pretty quick and his finisher meter fills up fast. I could beat him but it was a grind.

Brock got 91 ovr with strength and endurance 10 point which is already max, so Brock with 100 ovr, that's mean you maxed out his submission, technique and speed to 10 point each... So what difference does it make ? 😂
The difference is 91 and 100 simple as that😂
