Old track limit rules were way better man. pushing the cars over %100 playing and taking risks with the kerbs was gold. I really and honestly miss those times
yeah the track limits should be natural like gravel or grass, exceeding track limits would result in slower lap immediately, not invalidated after the lap

Hey Tom, massive fan. I'm sure this comment will get lost but it would be absolutely amazing if it would be possible to put English subtitles on your videos. I'm a bit hard of hearing and normally when you're speaking in front of camera, I lip read, but once it's a voice over, as you can imagine, not really possible. The automatic English subtitles are a hit and miss sometimes. Of course if this is too much work, I fully understand. Love the series, started my own 09 career, massive congratulations on 100k, fully deserved. 🎉

Hey, please come back to this. The content is amazing. I’ve done around 10-15 laps and managed to bang out a 1:15.081 so the time is there. I found abusing the chicanes more and almost dipping the inside into the grass was much better. I ran 19 all around for pressure 20 fronts and 19 back for wings Hotlap delivery (obv) 30% recovery mguh on battery and ran 2 on the engine braking Alignment was -3.3 for fronts and a 48 toe with rears set to 126 toe and -1.8 Stock dampers 50% bias Suspension i upped the ARB to 21 and 8 to stiffen the car Everything else was stock.
I have an idea for you. Why don't you try to beat f2 pole laps. I know it would be a lot of work and time to beat f1 and f2 pole but it's just and idea. great video tho
1:14.8 was my fastest with the same mod, I can see 1 or 2 corners that need to be basically flat that he wasn't doing flat, mainly turn 5, that needs to be as flat out as possible so it's about 3 downshifts into their then close to flat

Valtteri was under a tenth from his pole lap, in my opinion Hungary 2020 Spa 2020 and Qatar 2021 were more impressive.
