I made a stop at the Jumbo Plaza, that also has a supermarket and department stores, as well as banks, fast food restaurants, electronics stores and more. Then touring the neighborhood of San Pedro de Macoris

@@PacknGO I owe your hometown a lot, it holds a special place in my heart. I'm from Miami and studied medicine at la UCE from 1984 to 1988. Not sure if extranjeros still go study medicine there but back in the day there were many. Wow so many stories, such great times. I haven't been back in like 25 yrs. I see the town has changed a lot, many developments. Back then it depended mainly on the sugar cane industry and zona franca.
