Can we finally open the discuss on Enzo coming back because Lavia was nowhere to be found. Chelsea have only Cole Palmer making passes, without Enzo, the ball moves side to side and there is a serious lack of creativity with Palmer being marked by 3 people at a time
Palmer is getting the Haaland treatment now, being marked by everyone and their grandma. Congratulations to him, tho, it means teams are now scared of him and what he can do when given a bit of space.
Literally since Enzo has been benched Palmer’s production has been limited seeing that centrally he is our only option he has to even has to be dropping back far into the midfield to get the ball so as to get the ball up the pitch Enzo allowed him to not have to be going as far for the ball and giving teams someone else to watch out for to make a progressive pass.

Pedro Neto was outstanding just as was Marc Cucurella. Overall a great performance. Caicedo put another shift in and Enzo looked good when he came on too. I’m feeling optimistic even though we couldn’t get the W.
