Nice work, any thoughts after the fact. I was wanting to up grade the wheel but didn't know how that would affect the feel or affect of the trailer. Any pointers that you would recommend?
Only difference i noticed and felt was it rolled better and rolled over things much better! My original plates or brackets where to high which lowered the trailer so i raised them so it has corrected height as per the original wheel. The rim is a sun ringle lite using a hope hub from my cruiser bmx! go for it! You could chop the rear and just weld in a section to get the room or make brackets and bolt on so you’re able to return to smaller wheel or sell it on ! 🙂👍🏻
Nothing if you just want to use it as it is but I have ground out off-road before and also it can jump about and skit about on certain surfaces the larger wheel just helps it roll better imo and in general just a better ride when using the TCR ...I’ll see how it goes longer term...may want a 26 on there 😎
