i just love your vlogs so much that I can't even complain that you made them shorter🙃😂.... I wanted to ask if you'd consider doing a sit-down video about what to know, what to avoid, what you wish you should've known sooner etc, about purchasing your house and doing renos. It would really be insightful and help a lot of those who wish to go down the same route, it can even be after you're done with your home project, but I know I'd personally enjoy that video.
