log apas me apne ghar ko ya ek floor ko mortgage (girvi) ke naam se papers tayar karke dete hain, aur kuch paisa dosri party se lete hain jisko wo ghar or floor derahe hote hain. Aur paper me 11 month ka agreement hota hai, agar wo party jisne paisa liya hai, property ke badle me, paisa wapas nahi karti hai, 11 month ke baad/proper notice ke baad to hum paisa dene wali party kya karsacte hain. Paisa wapas lene ke liye??? Kindly reply

Senior Namaskar, I am your big fan, I am Advocate, please let me know, My clients agricultural land was mortgaged by the Bank before 2 years back, at that time my second appeal was pending before the high court. in 2021 high court declare that my client is the absolute owner. at the time of loan sanction the land record shows in the name of our opposite party , my saying is this when case was pendibg before the high court how Bank sanctioned the loan.
