You do realise that this is bounty droid that can go and kill Jedi 1 on 1 or at least feels very confident he can do so while magnaguards typically work in groups of 2-3 and get clapped more often than not. BD also seems to have at least same level of intelligence as BX, which is their main advantage against opponents like say DT sentry (which got devastated in other video). the seperatist droid army is still the most fearsome force that would have made short comings of the rebels and the resistance, empire would definitely suffer as well

They tend to do that a lot. And with the splice perk that allows you to hack them, forget trying with the ranged b1, that’s about all they’ll do.

I feel like there is a limiter keeping most of the droids from fighting the same target until only 3 droids are left, probably to protect the player.
Remember it's still a souls-like game, not many arenas have massive battles in any souls-likes.
So basically, you can defeat him if you have a rocket.
B2 Battle Droids and Droideaks combined could severly demolish 2 bounty hunter droids. In sheer numbers Quantities 🌪 🌀.
The Magma Guards would have won if they didn't stand there like bad guys in a martial arts movie.
Magna guards are horribly under powered as are the commando droids.
They are balanced against the player, not against other AI targets
