दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को लोकसभा चुनाव में प्रचार करने के रलिए अंतरिम जमानत दी जाए या नहीं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट आज इस बात पर विचार कर रहा है. अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान ईडी की ओर से पेश हुए एएसजी एसवी राजू ने दलीलें रखीं. एएसजी राजू ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि मनीष सिसोदिया की जमानत रद्द होने के बाद 1100 करोड़ रुपए की संपत्ति जब्त की गई है. इस पर जस्टिस खन्ना ने पूछा कि अपराध की आय यानी रिश्वत 100 करोड़ थी.. यह 2-3 सालों में यह 1100 करोड़ कैसे हो गई. यह रिटर्न की एक अभूतपूर्व दर होगी.
The Supreme Court is today considering whether Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal should be granted interim bail to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. During the hearing in the Supreme Court on Arvind Kejriwal's petition, ASG SV Raju, appearing on behalf of ED, presented his arguments. ASG Raju told the Supreme Court that after the cancellation of Manish Sisodia's bail, assets worth Rs 1100 crore have been seized. On this, Justice Khanna asked that the income of crime i.e. bribe was Rs 100 crore. How did it become Rs 1100 crore in 2-3 years. This would be an unprecedented rate of return.
