During your fast confess all your sin and ask God to delivered you from all those Spirit at the end of fasting you will wrestle with those spirit if you defeat them then you are delivered, am telling you through experience. I pray 3 times a day morning before getting out of bed at 3:00pm then at bed time then between 1:00 am or 2:00 am or 3:00 am I woke up to pray and I chose each day to read my Bible 1,2 is my daily work, I urge you plan time with God when Jesus was on earth he has time that he plan to seek the face of God. He pray 3 times a day, when you pray ask God for the Spiritual Gifts read in the book of 1 Corinthians 11-31 I pray that God will bring changes in you Amen
