I posted 476 videos and I only done 6 sponsorship videos and it was with a brand I truly use their products and purchased it with my money and used it for 2 years before I said yes to them. I see so many minimalist channels they do sponsored content in every video they make. We still have the exact furniture we had when the kids were little. Yes, we like to build and change things around we are creative people and we don't sit a lot. We like to create and my new space is so much joy to create art. It's a place to create a small business (even minimalists have businesses too) and it adds value to the property. In this video I shared we went for a walk with Z and the kids were there when we bought the chickens however that's how much I'm gonna share about those moments. You have to respect if somebody change their mind how much they share online. I learned a lot being on you tube and one of them is not to share as much about my kids. If you don't like that I totally understand but this is where I stand. Thank you for watching over the years and I wish you all the best!

Oh I so agree! My first thoughts on Sat morning. I’m up at 5am so I have about 3 hours to wait. So I make my bed, mask tea and toast, and then whatever else must be done so that the deck is clear and I can watch in peace.

To each her own, but I find that your aesthetic fits best with where I am in my journey and where I want to be. Comparison for the purpose of improvement can sometimes be a good thing, but comparison for judging value usually leads to a bad place.

I began following Noemi back then either, and I agree with you completely! There are many other channels that show us perfect homes and the idea of perfect homemaking that it isn't real and even possible. Most times, it's all fake. Even the clean houses, the perfect cooking sceneries and decorations, etc, are all there just for the video. And we feel that we are terrible because we can't have the time, money or the possibility to have the same and we compare ourselves and begin to feel miserable as housewifes...Noemi isn't like that at all. I love her channel so much, too!❤

The aesthetic appeal of the natural wood in your house decor is different from most other channels, and I like that you are not wasteful. I’m like you in many ways, but we are also SO different. What a great video and the message is perfect. Great timing as well. We are all spring cleaning and getting ready for summer and summer activities. The fact is the grass is perfectly green right where you stand. We just need to take our shoes off and stand in it for a reminder.

I watch you almost daily. I love the way your videos look and sound. Even my daughter, (who gets annoyed by everything I listen to or watch,) likes it when I play your videos. They are the only videos that she doesn't ask me to put in my headphones. I can keep them playing while I clean the kitchen and she likes it. Even though I may be very different from you, much of your life and discipline speaks to me and encourages me when I struggle to motivate myself. Since homemaking is a never-ending hampster wheel, it helps to take a minute, watch your videos, and then pick myself up and get to it. Remember even though you live in the US, you still have your amazing European ways. For example in cooking and not measuring. Hello. I live in Iran and I enjoy watching your videos very much.❤ I want to share with you my experience in making oil. After the butter melts, turn off the flame. When the pan has cooled, place it in the refrigerator to harden the melted butter. Then, make a hole in the butter inside the pot and tilt the pot so that the buttermilk accumulated at the bottom of the pot is removed. Then put the pot back on the heat until the oil clears. Collect the foams on the oil. With this method, the butter will be heated for less time to turn into oil and it will be prepared faster. - You can sprinkle a spoonful of wheat flour on the oil while it boils to settle the solids. - When the oil is boiling, you can use aromatic herbs in the oil and then filter it, such as: fenugreek leaves, thyme, rosemary, etc. Good luck🌷

I compare easily but Noemi I gotta say when I watch your videos more than anything I just feel inspired to be more excellent even if we do things differently. I admire you so much. The ghee was so pretty! Quick question? I'm not allergic to dairy at all but is there any reason ghee is better than regular butter? Is it only for cooking or would you use it for your bread and jam? I watch you almost daily. I love the way your videos look and sound. Even my daughter, (who gets annoyed by everything I listen to or watch,) likes it when I play your videos. They are the only videos that she doesn't ask me to put in my headphones. I can keep them playing while I clean the kitchen and she likes it. Even though I may be very different from you, much of your life and discipline speaks to me and encourages me when I struggle to motivate myself. Since homemaking is a never-ending hampster wheel, it helps to take a minute, watch your videos, and then pick myself up and get to it. I want to share with you my experience in making oil.
After the butter melts, turn off the flame. When the pan has cooled, place it in the refrigerator to harden the melted butter.
Then, make a hole in the butter inside the pot and tilt the pot so that the buttermilk accumulated at the bottom of the pot is removed.
Then put the pot back on the heat until the oil clears. Collect the foams on the oil.
With this method, the butter will be heated for less time to turn into oil and it will be prepared faster.
- You can sprinkle a spoonful of wheat flour on the oil while it boils to settle the solids.
- When the oil is boiling, you can use aromatic herbs in the oil and then filter it, such as: fenugreek leaves, thyme, rosemary, etc.
