I need to do a make-up and skincare declutter too. Definitely have the Jackie Aina ABH palette which is 2 years old but I refuse to toss cuz last year don't count lol
Most products have a longer shelf life than advertised because they contain preservatives and so on. So I use them until they turn. But with older stuff I swatch and smell them before use to see if they are still good.

@@MENA_ADUBEA Yeah, butcold sores can also be a stress reaction. It doesn't have to be because of old products. My mo is, if it still Swatches good, looks good in term of texture and smells good (the most important) I try it. Of course there are exceptions like Mascara...but then they turn quite fast
I’ve tried to declutter this past week and I have sooooo much makeup and tan across my old fav of the Revlon colorstay combination oily foundation. And yes I love it for the summer. And it’s mask friendly!!!!!.

i am so with you on that Eyeshadow last longer, you just have to spray it with alcohol rule, glad i am not alone lol. i too definitely need to declutter cos i have a lot of the items toy just decluttered, they need to go asap.
I need declutter too. And I feel you o a lot of the eyeshadow palettes...I am about to be spraying a bunch down💯 I just can't get rid of them all😂 its too hard!

My heart cannot take declutters. It hearts my soul especially when it still looks good. I still have my Jackie palette and it ain’t going no where and I recently bought a back up so I could toss one if need be I guess lol

Please find out for us Mena. How to prolong or preserve face pallets , eyeshadow pallets, pressed powders or what have you. I need help! I have so much to declutter but I desperately need to know what I can keep safely.
I hear you! The best thing is to make sure that you keep it in a dry place, even if it's in a drawer, use a moisture absorbing pack to keep the moisture out of the drawer that the pallets are in. And then of course spray them with alcohol before you use them.

Yes let’s do this together!!!! Don’t have as much as you do 😂 but I’m keeping out the products that I use often. I got a mini Sephora shipment today and I had to get the new NARS 3 combo and that’s it!!!! No more spending until fall🤣🤣🤣🤣

I would love to know your thoughts on that by Terry powder. It is mad ashy on me(the darkest shade) but is literally the smoothest powder I've ever tried. How do you make it work and do you have a dupe?
I tried that powder a few times, a few months ago, and I liked it! It has been a while so I will certainly put it back in the rotation.
