DHABA DA MUTTON WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Mutton ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Green cardamom 4
Cloves 4
Bay leaf 1
Oil ½ cup
Onion chopped 1 cup
Ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Tomato Chopped 3
Green chilies chopped 2
Allspice 1 tsp
Water 1 cup
METHOD :
Marinate mutton with yogurt, salt, chili powder, turmeric, cumin and coriander powder, keep aside. Heat oil, add whole spices with chopped onion, fry till golden, add ginger garlic chopped, add marinated mutton, keep frying for 10 mins, add Chopped tomatoes and green chilies, cover and cook till tomatoes soft and oil comes on top. Lastly add allspice, coriander, green chilies, and ginger julienne.
PUNJABI MASALA QEEMA WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 2
Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
METHOD :
Heat oil ½ cup, fry the onion with ginger and garlic, add mince, fry well for 10 mins, add chopped tomatoes with all the seasonings and yogurt, roast well, cover, and cook for 10-15 mins. Lastly add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and ginger julienne and serve with paratha.
