You skin tone seems similar to Arshia Moorjani who uses G60 as well as few other TH-camrs who are NC42. This looks ashy in my opinion. Doesn't seem to match neck. Arshia also uses Estee Lauder honey bronze 4W1 foundation. Are located in India by the way?

I think the foundation was 1 or 2 shades light it did not match your neck at the start but afterwards it looks like it oxidized on your skin.
