I still love how CoD devs were claiming MW3 wasn't an overblown DLC, only to wait for release for players to receive warnings that in order to play MW3 you needed to have MW2 installed.
I know CoD has been on repeat and ripping off themselves since Black Ops, but this is ridiculous.
its actually technically the other way around, you have to install MW3 to play MW2 and have to install 50+ gb updates every time MW3 gets an update even though MW2 doesn't change at all.
That being said, I don't think MW3 belongs in the same group as the other games in this video, The campaign was bad but the rest of the package is still enjoyable, without a doubt its a DLC/Major Update that they had that gall to charge full price for, but its an improvement on MW2(except campaign) and MW2 wasn't a bad game.
Mw3 was amazing, only meh mode was zombies
@@blackbeltbap No, that one actually took place. To be precise, on release on PS5 many players who downloaded the MW3 were receiving an error where the console was asking for MW2 disk to run.
Also on the same console achievements for MW3 were under DLC section of MW2.

I thought that Redfall was truly the worst. It embodies everything that I hate about modern gaming, but I was SO wrong once I played Rise of Kong. Kong is so broken that I beat it on accident in less than two hours.

To be fair it was more the media that blamed FF16 cause every outlet had a hate boner for that game. Yes, SE once again had unrealistic expectations but they came out against all the articles saying that it was a flop.
It is a pretty bad game though. I don't think I've seen a triple a game disappear from the public eye as fast as ff16.

Forspoken is a great example of why every adventure game doesn't need to have an open world. Because when you fill it with nothing that matters or just nothing at all, it looks even worse.
Also why every game doesn't need a talking protagonist.

"So Bad It's Good" is much rarer in games than in films because a bad film is passive, you just watch the car crash.
In a game you need motivation to actually experience the story, and bad gameplay is just bad gameplay.
So like films are about WATCHING car crashes, while videogames is about "EXPERIENCING" car crashes.
It can be though, because there are many other things that can be bad about a game aside from gameplay.
Take the original Resident Evil for instance.
Absolutely terrible voice acting, that has become beloved in a way because of its cheesiness.
But a great game overall.
Desert Bus is basically the absolute shit bottom of bad gameplay, but somehow lives in some kind of bizarre adored infamy.

Never played it, but I imagine the voice director of BG3 *really* knew what they were doing, whereas in Crime Boss and Wanted: Dead...I don't think there was a voice director for either of those games, which resulted in the high-school level voice acting I heard there. Just shows what kind of a passion gap a voice actor can experience between two completely different games, from someone who works with their cast to get the best possible performances out of them, to someone who just wants you to read the lines on the paper word-for-word.

When Chuck Norris yelled “Sky motherfucker” and it sounded more like a mumble…like Jesus man. That is hilariously bad voice acting. Sound like Chuck didn’t even get context cues for what the character should be feeling, they just told him to read the script and kept the first takes cause they didn’t want to pay him anymore than they needed to.

I watch a lot of horror movies and this has got to be the scariest that I've ever seen! Forget Smile, Hereditary, Exorcist, Nightmare on Elm, Halloween, Jaws, The Shining, IT, The Thing, Blair Witch, The Conjuring......forget ALL of that...because THIS movie...is THE...SCARIEST MOVIE EVER. Eh, #10 is overhated imo. And #1 was obvious, because as bad as Gollum was, at least it didn't actively lie to you. It was exactly what was to be expected. It's bad, but it was a game that released with no extra baggage (save for LoTR fans being on suicide watch). The Day Before was a scam from start to finish. A bad game is one thing, but a bad game that was a scam is infinitely worse.
@@JABRIEL251 I agree number 10 is overheated. Forspoken had good combat and great parkour. Joe did not fight enough or level up his magic or armor enough. That is why he was having trouble with the combat

I didn't think wanted dead was great either, but it's clear they don't know how to play. They are trying to shoot the ninja mini boss that late in the game when learning how to parry and gun cancel can kill him much faster.
