Question when using two spender how is it that when u use tiger striker for example the tiger emerges cdr instantly resets and vice versa I really wanna know is it ark passive related? Hope not lol cuz m 1640ish

I think it was possible to participate in level 70 combat in Korea. You'll have to compare that yourself. I activated my Ark Passive from 2 ancient gear

No nível 1660, o DB pode usar o Ark Passivo. No entanto, a build de habilidades muda a partir do nível 1680, então ativar no nível 1660 não faz muita diferença.
