I played from pee wee football to college football. I struggle with the CTE symtoms. No memory loss, but rage and the other symtoms are there. All my concussions were treated by making me wear a beanie under the helmet.

its cause of chronic inflammation from the proteins that hasn't been digested properly. It takes time to heal the body with the right nutrition.

Fully inform parents and guardians about Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. It affects younger athletes who do not play in the NFL. These are our children.
How many parents/guardians of young children who have played sports who may have suffered concussive or nonconcussive hits know to ask for their child’s brain to be examined for CTE? Read about Zac Easter and his struggles knowing that he had CTE.

Why does Chris say “we have to wait 50 years” for 3 concussions when Boston University openly says concussions aren’t the issue it’s hits. Concussions come with hits. I agree with the mismanagement of Tua, but you can’t assume if he gets CTE it’s from 3 concussions rather then 15 years of football

Because, in some cases (Andre Waters is a good one that Nowinski has been a part of studying) you don't discover CTE as an issue until after death.

The human brain reaches peak, physical maturity at the age of 25.
So technically, none of us are full-grown until our mid 20s
