A few parts where I disagree, coming from a handheld player, tho:
at 0:32 at combo pairs 347 and 348, 355 and 356, 363 and 364, 371 and 372, 379 and 380, and 387 and 388, and the colors should be switched. My reasoning is that since the arcs lead to one of the ground notes, whatever finger/thumb that played the arc should also play the ground note close to it. I tried playing it like that, and it's much smoother to play that way.
at 1:10, this could depend on playstyle, but for thumb/handheld players, I can guarantee that the ground notes at combos 646 and 651, should have their colors switched, and I don't think I need to explain it if you're a thumb/handheld player, too.

Also, at 1:30, for the quadruple hit at combos 855-858, and at 923-926, the ground note colors need to be switched. The justification is that your fingers/thumbs are already crossed at that point, and it's a "safer" option to play the ground notes the same way.
Oh yeah, and at 1:09, I don't understand why combo pair 642 and 643 is the same color when there are only two notes. Similarly with combo pairs 1807 and 1808, and 1809 and 1810 at 3:28, but I understand the coloring for non-handheld players. But since this section is a two-finger section, any handheld player will just use their two fingers/thumbs to play those pairs, so the colors should be different.

It would still be slower than original. 1.3x is more precise.
