Devil Jin was nerfed this season, UF4 or Wraith Kick won't give guaranteed B4 anymore because distance was increased on hit. That itself affected his pressure and oki, however some of his combos now deal more damage and now easier to execute.

You can get 78 from EWGF:
EWGF, uf1+2, ff4, EWGF x3
68 is max damage from ws2:
Ws2, DEWGF x5

Just be quick. Your inputs should be FF+4, meaning the 2nd forward and 4 should be pressed at the same time

Have you noticed by any chance that when you trade a ss2 with a hit that doesn't stagger/knockdown/float you you get to do three uf1+2 sky lasers? Well if you get that last laser to splat them at the right height of a wall you are guaranteed a b1+2 horizontal laser for a four laser combo. You can get a 3 laser combo from a regular ss2 double sky laser and wallsplat on the right height, but I was fighting my friend and did that four laser combo on him and it was pretty mega XD

I play him as one of my mine. He's is hard to master
His movement listis quite easy, but the execution in combos is really intimidating.

Sorry I'm noob and I don't recognize the moves yet so it's helpful for me that you show the buttons. However the last part of the video doesn't show the buttons ( the rage part). Can I find them somewhere?

I able to pull it once on my sibling, you just gotta EWGF as fast as possible then input ff4 super duper fast too.

I just ask bc sometimes I am cold and seem to struggle to throw out DJs electrics. So its nice for the bnbs I can use to still convert.
Double EWGF combo you're ref. to don't have to be electrics. At least not both. One can be WGF other must be electric. Your input must be very fast though, so if you can't do electrics, don't do this combo in battle.
Most of them work of WGF. When enemy is not blocking WGF is just slower to recover EWGF. I am pretty new myself and I just recently started doing more consistent EWGF's, but up until now, I was using WGF as my combo starters.
Just be sure to not spam WGF as it is not safe, unlike EWGF.
One of them can be non electric but of course, anything is better with electric
I main Devil Jin, and I know for a fact that none of the two WGF's into FF4 have to be electric. I can do the double EWGF into FF4 pretty consistently, and I sometimes get two WGF's into FF4 on accident. So yeah, none of the WGF's have to be electric.
@@emogaysasuuke They do though... WGF is 15 frames and the recovery is longer, FF4 cannot recover fast enough to hit in that time period unless you use jab to keep the opponent floating, but then you cannot finish the combo.
FearRaiser they don’t though lol. Wind god fist is 15 frames on its worst input, it can be less if you mistime the press of 2. Therefore allowing a ff4. I have literal video footage of it giving me +33 frames, and then ff4 connecting.
When doing the FF31~~FF, 2. I’m struggling to pull of the 2. Like it keeps missing. Any advise

Is the combo at 2:03 still possible? The electric drives him simply too far away no matter how I try it
Update: tried against Miguel specifically. The height requirement is not all 6’0. Lars is 6’0 but the combo does not work on him. I’m currently testing for other characters.
Second update: basically works for all six feet characters except Lars and Feng.
All characters that are really tall like fahkumram and up, drop the b1,2

Code-A I try to give context because most creators kinda go “fuck it” when naming the specifics. I kinda wish I had the capability to create my own videos in a sense, and also, I struggle from the left side with stick so that’s also been an issue of mine

It takes some time to do so. Also, there are 3 people who work on the videos of this channel. One person cannot possibly know all the characters in this game and we kinda need more help to cover the rest of the characters we haven't featured yet.

U have to take into consideration some if their combos have already been discovered day one or new updates etc I think this channel just adds their own bit of spice ,, it’s like everyday u buy a sandwich and water then one day u substitute the water for an apple but it’s still the same sort of thing...

I swear i am physically unable to do the ff3,1 ff, 2 thing after the screw. I ended up swapping it for an electric or a ff2.
i assume you’re having trouble with the spin cancel or the 2 after the spin cancel
1. for the spin cancel, you have pretty much the entire ff3,1 animation to input the ff to spin cancel, just calmly input it in the proper sequence
2. as for the 2, it’s all a matter of getting used to the timing of when do you input the 2....it’s a very awkward thing at first, but it gets 100% consistent with time
if you are really having trouble with it, consider these following enders after screw:
b2,3 for outstanding oki
b2,1 on its own for good oki and sliiiiiightly better positioning for wall combos
b2,1 to heaven’s gate for max damage and kinda decent oki (floorbreaks)
CD 1 to heaven’s gate if you have nice execution and is too lazy for a prolonged combo (also floorbreaks)

Yes. It's not
It is though lol. With practice it actually becomes pretty easy and with frame data. As long as you can keep the opponent -32 with the second EWGF, the ff4 gets kinda easy and -33 it’s pretty darn easy and if you can pull off a -34 on the second one (which is a super perfect ewgf), it somehow feels like you can wait all day and still land ff4

Code-A you have to break your fingers to do a 75-ish damage combo with dvj while at the same time i could do a 72 damage combo with feng after 3 minutes in practice mode, literally. 🤦🏽♂️
@@squilliamfreakyson That's absolutely true but, having a fast, plus on block launcher like an electric is a pretty good reward for the execution that is required. The ability to keep out you opponent with very little risk of being punished is a pretty good reward to have which doesn't exists in other characters outside of Mishimas. Not to mention the most damaging, unreactable low in the game with his hellsweep. You should look at this reward instead of the damage
