Your spot on with battery to the controller, controller to motor connections and also ensuring that there is a liberal amount of thermal paste between the controller and frame. I almost burnt out a battery to controller connector simply because it hadn't been plugged in fully.
I did thermal grizzly in a wolf warrior after shunting the controllers to the moon. Temps are minimal under full load and speed runs, even climbing conditions too. Motor temps are a different story on that one though, rear motor is on its last legs and the front is good, still enough to hit 85km/h and still have plenty of more speed to give. (Also runs 2x 35ah 60v batteries)
These are excellent videos are extremely helpful. Do you have the parts list for the upgrades you performed on your OX? I'm not versed in e-scooter/bike batteries and motors, but I feel confident enough that I can figure it out with some study. I could really use a boost with the fuses, thermal compounds, ferro-fluids, controllers, etc. that you used as examples to help me figure out what I could use for my OX. Thanks!
I will include that in my next video. I stopped working with one of the only suppliers for these controllers because he was a horrible person to deal with, now I found a new supplier, and when I'll be 100% sure about that guy, I will make a vid with his info for orders.
Elad Yeffet the fuse inside the bms is for discharge , not for charging. Which is still kinda dumb cuz if it blows, u gotta take the battery apart to replace it

Just wondering if you have a installation vid for the light
How do you limit the controller?

Hi, you don't say about the display of the controller, or where to get it from, or setting it up, can you fo that.?

@@SUB13333 fantastic, will be looking out for this as I have a oxo so I will need 2. 👍👍
Great video! Thank you for the tips!
What are the orange rings on your twin motor OX wheels?
Heat dissipation sinks
Hey please tell me, is there a way to get rid of the kick to start parameter on this thing or not ?
Nope. Not on stock controllers
На сколько ампер предохранитель на зарядный провод?

@@SUB13333 как правильно подбирать?
@@HappyToiletFreinds20 если зарядка на 5А, то предохранитель на 5. если на 10 то на 10.

Hi mate where is your workshop can i bring my scooter down to your shop
nowhere atm. leaving this for studies next month.
Hey brother. Nice video. Can you show how to install key switch? Thanks
plenty of sources for that.
@Sub13 Customs - have you tried using cellphone cooler like the Blackshark 3 cooler as, DIY Cooler for scooter
No need in that tbh. Passive cooling is enough unless you're racing
היי, איפה החנות שלך נמצאת? אתה עושה תיקונים?
Amazing tips! Could you make a video of how to install an extra external battery? It would be incredible. Tks!!
That's what i'm waiting for!!!
i am against adding batteries on the stem pole, but some like it. i'd add a little box in between the legs for some extra juice.
The charging circuit fuse exists inside the BMS...
well, then that makes this battery the worst on the market. what if it blows? i need to shred apart the whole pack? lmao
