Very good, for sure! BUT! Late 60's through the70's was the best music... :) I was in my 20's in the eighties so for me, my teens years was the BEST music. I still listen to it today.

Sorely underrated band, yes they may not have the voices of Whitney but they write most of their own material and just have fun without taking it so seriously. They are bloody brilliant!!
For me, being around in the 80's there were two bands with the same attitude, fun,music,girls, not too serieus but proffessional, those were Bananarama and from Netherlands ; Dolly Dots ! Girl power in it purest form !

For this girl group still to be going now, and to perform this brilliantly - LIVE - in a way that sounds in some ways even better that their original studio recording of this song in 1984, .... AND for the original three of them to look THIS fantastic while doing it (I had not really looked at them years ago but, watching this, I have fallen for Keren Woodward who now looks stunningly beautiful, for any age, not just hers) .... AND for them to pull all of this off a third of a century later is just .... utterly MINDBLOWING!

The scene in Absolutely Fabulous (the original series) where Patsy falls out of a car drunk, and then gets up and walks away like nothing had happened is based on one time when Bananarama was out at a pub or club with Jennifer Saunders and her husband Ade Edmonson [at the time known for playing Vyvyn from The Young Ones], her writing partner Dawn French, and probably a few others from their comedy troupe (the late Rik Mayall). Hahaha! Saunders was in no way making fun of Bananarama, but just saying she'd never seen anyone be able to drink that much. It was a funny anecdote, Patsy falling out of the car being based on one of the women in the band. I truly am grateful that they're all alive and well. I wish they were more famous in the States. I figured they were a band created by big record execs: these three are so talented!! I'm grateful they gave us that hysterically funny scene with Pats and also that they are obviously drug free. It's nice to see real talent these days. A rarity.

Just got my DVD of this concert... and while I am very pleased with it, I just wish that this version was the one on the DVD. Still playful and having fun after all these years which is one of the many reasons why I love them!! 🔥🍌💃
