They seriously need to bring this show back... I remember watching it as a kid and loving every minute of it... I haven't seen this since I was around 8 in 2000. Oh gosh, it makes so happy knowing that someone put this up! THANK YOU SO MUCH :)
That is sooo awesome! I love Ariel and the lamp scene and the acting is just so spot on! I also love the inclusion of Pocahontas, that girl needs more love in the Disney family! And Belle, yay!
oh god i remeber watchign this when i was a kid i really miss it since it was one of the coolest show i saw at disneyland besides the festival of fools which was behind big thunder moutain god i was i could go back to those fun magical times
This looks like it was a really fun show and I love how all the Disney characters are together! I miss the old shows where everyone sings live, even the background characters. Alot of the Disney shows nowadays have alot of pre-recorded voices like the BaTB show at Hollywood Studios.
@AmuletStrawberry Did he know Eden Espinosa? She's the " Animator, " who has the monologue, in the beginning. One of my theater coaches worked at Walt Disney World, along with many other friends. It's cool to have so much insight, no? Hope to work there, some day, soon.
cool. I think this is the most difficult show to capture on video because there's just SO much going on. I recently found a recording my dad did of this show, and he just kept the lens wide. I'll upload it when I have the time.
I have to make a correction. A June 1995 opening wouldn't make sense. Pocahontas was just released and thus "The Spirit of Pocahontas" show would have just started playing. Notre Dame wasn't released until 1996 and Hercules in 1997. The Pocahontas show performed from June 23, 1995 until September 1997. I'm pretty sure Animazement opened in 1998 until Mickey's Detective School and Snow White took over. Snow White opened Feb. 23, 2004.
I thought so too but it's not. Type in "Disney Trio" and Eden IS in that one. Maybe this one was her understudy or they had two? Dunno but Eden definitely belts it out beautifully. I'm sure you'll love it ! :)
Okay, okay. Sorry guys, I thought everyone meant Pocahontas and since Eden also played Pocahontas in Animazement, that's what I was focusing on. I see now that she is totally one of the painters. But isn't she great as "Pocahontas" too in that other youtube clip?
no, that would be Christine. She was the original Pocahontas both in this, and the Spirit of Pocahontas show. Anamazement replace the spirit of Pocahontas show
Alright suddenly I want to go to disneyland. Lol I feel like I'm 9 years ago. They make it so enchanting. Are they still doing this kind of show there?
Why did they cancel this show? I've only seen three minutes of it, and I think it would be PERFECT for a new show at MGM - I mean, Hollywood Studios (still can't get used to the name change)! It fits the motif of the sub-park AND it definitely beats anything Disney Channel-related *cough*HSM*cough*!
No no no...This is not Eden. I thought it was too but type in "Disney Trio" or Animazement and that is Eden. There is a close-up of her so you can definitely tell it's her. Her voice is way more powerful than the Pocahontas here. She's good too but Eden rocks it out. I've also seen her in Wicked back when the show was in San Francisco. LOVE Elphaba! :)
No, it's pretty old, I want to say the 90's. The last one they had at this stage was Snow White - which was kinda lame. Now they have this Disney Princess Coronation/Dancing thing. Eh..okay I guess but it's no musical.
It's so cool to see Ariel sing while summoning Genie from his lamp. I especially love it when Disney characters collide with other characters.

Oh man,I remember this show!
I used to watch this with my family when I was younger.
Brings back memories.:)
Eden played many roles in this show. It just depended on the day. I'm so glad that someone finally posted the WHOLE show! It was my FAVORITE!!!!
This was my favorite show I performed in at Disney! Oh, how I miss it!
That is sooo awesome! I love Ariel and the lamp scene and the acting is just so spot on! I also love the inclusion of Pocahontas, that girl needs more love in the Disney family! And Belle, yay!
It's interesting to see some of these CMs still working at the park. I'm glad of it, I've seen a few of them preforming and they really are amazing.
my god, this is some of the best disney talent i've heard.

@flightlessphoenix You're correct they should bring it back. I have't seen this show yet.
@Sarahmajig It's supposed to be Hercules when he was a kid, before he got his huge muscles.
Yay for Eden Espinosa!
actually no, Eden Espinosa is the woman singing @ 2:12 standing in front. She wasn't on as Ariel at this show.
cool. I think this is the most difficult show to capture on video because there's just SO much going on. I recently found a recording my dad did of this show, and he just kept the lens wide. I'll upload it when I have the time.
Eden Espinosa! She played Elphaba on Broadway :)

My music teacher played as Hercules when he was younger :D

Why the thumbs down? She does...

1:46 - chills every time.
no, that would be Christine. She was the original Pocahontas both in this, and the Spirit of Pocahontas show. Anamazement replace the spirit of Pocahontas show
@elphabasfriend001 Eden wasn't the 'animator. She was Ariel.
OMG! I think that's Eden Espinosa @ 0:21 in the beret!
Alright suddenly I want to go to disneyland. Lol I feel like I'm 9 years ago. They make it so enchanting. Are they still doing this kind of show there?
which one was eden in this performance? I know sometimes she's Pocahontas, sometimes she's Ariel, and sometimes she's the painter

No, it's pretty old, I want to say the 90's. The last one they had at this stage was Snow White - which was kinda lame. Now they have this Disney Princess Coronation/Dancing thing. Eh..okay I guess but it's no musical.
that was probably it
I watched an old lady have a heart attack and die when I was like, 5 at this show. Lol :/
Such a good stage, now gone to waste. Now only for girls, but when this was there it was for the Whole family
The guy who slipped on the banana peel was SO fake!
Yosh! Disney, never really know what yer gonna get from them sometimes, ya know? =3
@rds020790 Ariel silly!!!
Super Bowl the Musical
That's a scrawny Herc.
This is what Disney truly is... and then came the disney teens of today and ruined everything
@rds020790 Eden Espinosa
am i the only one that finds the lumiere costume creepy looking?
Why did you add lol to the end of it? That's not very funny.:(
She's one of the girls who's the artists or whatever at the beginning. Theres a good closeup and it's definitely her.
Does anyone else hear moaning in the background from 2:54 to about 3:02???
I sure hope it's a whining kid or something XD
