This was at the 2006 African cup of nation(january-Feb.), then the flag was blue with Yellow stars...but in March of the same year the flag changed..thats why they(we) have the Blue and red(which is ugly to me)lol

I thought Congo's DR uniform was blue and red.....
Can anyone explain?
