There is more shorter way. Few more shortcuts for activities shown:
1. For copying the data of a cell above to the cell below, we can use CTRL+D.
Agar kisi cell k data ko niche wale cell me copy krna ho toh CTRL+D ka use b kare.
2. CTRL+D can be used again. Suppose you want to copy a cell value to the 10 cells below. Means all the below 10 cells should have same value then select the source cell and till the destination cell. And press CTRL+D.
Agar kisi cell k value ko niche bahut sare cells me copy krna h toh, source cell k sath destination cell tak select karke CTRL+D kare.
Tips::
If u want to select the cells which have data u can press CTRL+A one time.
