saw some videos and during one of jessica's fan signing for Coming Step she shook hands with everyone, but on another day she was stopped by her manager from shaking hands with the fan and she looked very sorry for it.

They didn't shaking hands because the manager was tell to do so. Personally i'm very dissapointed because the sone couldn't touch them like hug or shake hands.
