Easy to say that when you're still young. But society is ruthless to older women. You're see for yourself later. Also it's very easy to do no skincare cand have beautiful skin when you're young because of natural reserves of collagen. But once these start to deplete, it's gonna get depressing really fast.
I’m turning 50 this year and was told by others that I look like I’m in my 30’s😅So far, I had nothing done on my face. I simply eat healthy, exercise daily, wear very little makeup, remain positive and do my thing & keep smiling👩🏻To me, real beauty is natural & within🧡A good heart is flawless✨

Please guys. It's great to maintain a healthy skin but you don't have to do this much. You have to make sure that you are not very stress and also make sure to drink water 3L- 5L. Make sure to be positive and keep yourself away from the negative . You will naturally be beautiful. Trust me I also did all these things. But i didn't follow the above. Why are people so pressed about how her mom look , maybe if PEOPLE took better care of themselves they would not HAVE THE TIME TO look 100 years old and be upset with someone else taking pride and joy in how they look for themselves .
Any skincare product can make the user glow. It's the ingredients, like oil, for example, that leaves a shine on the skin. There's a difference between natural healthy subtle glow from within, and the glow on the surface of the skin which can sometimes look greasy, unless one is having a facial massage. Actually, glow can define fine lines, pores, and wrinkles more on mature skin.
My family and extended family isn't rich like yours where they can constantly get treatments to pamper themselves. However, a lot of the other things your mom does, in addition to getting a good night's rest, has helped everyone look just as great in their middle age phase

But sometimes too much skincare is not good. Because it does not absorb till the sec layer of your skin so i recommend u to not to use TOO much skincare. U can use sunscreen and face wash everyday. But like face mask, consist facials etc once a week. ( by the way i am skin doctor)
@@rajughosh699 Thank you, I hope the other person who commented accusing her sees your comment too. People nowadays tend to judge everyone, they are all just jealous because she reached success by studying hard
guys everyone’s skin is different. i’m 17 and my DERMATOLOGIST told me to actually stop moisturizing because it was making my skin too oily and causing breakouts. ever since i stopped moisturizing, my skin is basically completely clear. i’m also very pale, but she told me i shouldn’t use more than 30spf sunscreen because it will block my pores.
Sorry, but the sunscreen part doesn’t make any sense. There are sunscreens for people with different skin conditions; sensitive, dry, oily etc. Doesn’t have anything to do with spf. You just have to find the right product. I’m also really pale and SPF 30 is definitely not enough. I had breakouts until I found the perfect brand and ingredients for me. But you do you, I guess. 🤷♀️
Staying skinny is also a huge factor! Any weight gain and loss at or after 40 years old and you get saggy, droopy skin everywhere, unless you can afford expensive surgical and non-surgical treatments to tighten the skin back.
I wouldn't recommend double cleansing for everyone. I have dry and sensitive skin and my skin was really irritated when I double cleansed. Now that I don't double cleanse anymore my skin is really good.
Also important: great genes. African and Asian genes are a bonus when it comes to youthful looking skin in middle age. Combine with healthy eating, good skincare routine, hydration, happiness, exercise and sleep and you're good to go.
So in your mom's 20s, sheet mask and double cleanser were invented? No I mean hydration and sunscreen are ok, as long as having balanced diet, but first 2 are quite...um idk🤨
Absolutely! Double cleansing has been around in Korean skincare for ages lol only now people are finding out about it thanks to TikTok and social media - and yes sheet masks existed for so long! Even using a paper towel with rice water was a form of sheet masks even for my grandma😊
Good diet, protect skin from sun (especially in middle of day), stay hydrated, limit stress as much as possible, get enough sleep. Good genetics is a plus. All the rest is a huge waste of money. It'll make (possibly) a 5% difference at best. Using natural oils on your face (cheap at supermarket) will do exactly the same thing. Maybe splash out on a big bottle of jojoba oil for $20. Will last you a year.
My trick? Basic Olay lotion with sunscreen during the day. Plain lotion at night. No drinking, smoking, or tanning. Drink water. Gallons. Im 49 and people are shocked when I tell them my age. Basic, easy and cheap.
Your mother also has good genetics which is why she can easily maintain good skin. Some people who are just as rich as you, don't have good genetics and even with external factors, struggle to maintain youthful skin. Her genetics are the no. 1 thing that helped her maintain her looks because if she didn't have good genetics, she'd have a lot harder time
One very important part, having acess to premium skin treatments from derms and clinics play a massive role!
