the funniest moment in any starkid show ever is when jeff is giving his whole intense aladdin speech and dylan breaks the tension with “okay jesus christ i don’t know what’s going on here” it makes me laugh out loud every time

My #1 favorite thing about Joey Richter is that when he's playing the fucking lobster, he's so serious and genuine and honestly touching and then when he's in a serious role (like Ron or Owen Carvour) he brings some goofiness to it too. He's got that good good balance
The Ani slave rehearsal scene is my all time favorite scene in Starkid history. I don't care if it makes no godamn sense it's a masterpiece.

I went into it not having read the books or seen any of the movies (I did years afterwards). Even if you just have a vague understanding of what harry potter is from pop culture, it's so fucking funny. They go way off of the actual characters and explain a lot of it so you don't actually have to know anything. It's some of their best tbh and what introduced me to Starkid!

I got into starkid in 2017, firebringer was my first acid trip. I actually didn’t know they made any other musicals until 2018 so I guess that’s technically when I fully got into starkid. But I have to say it’s the best mistake I’ve ever made.

jeff blim's performance as aladdin is literally one of the best acting performances there is.
Normally I just love the comedic performances, but the acting during the Aladdin reflection bit was actually so good.
