Will doing lines from Hellraiser is the greatest Christmas present I could of asked for. I was not expecting "Jesus Wept" I about died laughing when he said that.
Of all the crazy shit that went down in this video the worst part might be that they paneed the veal before rolling it. The middle of that roll is just going to be a bunch of soggy disgusting unfried breading.
The things that could've been better (that I realized): - Soften the butter, then mash it up with the herbs and garlic so there is less mess when applying the butter in the bread - The glass pitcher could have cracked in boiling water; use something like a ceramic pitcher if you are to do that (i know the glass pitcher is used just for looks) - Holding the glass pitcher when it came out of boiling water is the most idiotic thing someone can do, use something like a rag to keep the heat away from your hands - The bread's bottom should at least be flat so it's easier for the top part to be stabilized - The bread should've laid flat to be less messier - Do it on a sheetpan instead of that big glass container (im 90% sure its not actually a container but you get the point) to make cleanup 90x easier - Pepper shouldn't be in the rub as it would burn - The salt should be pushed into the meat instead of sprinkled - Take out the bone - The flour and egg doesn't look evenly distributed at all - Roll the meat and then bread it up (there will be raw egg and raw flour and raw bread crumbs) - Prosciutto is not evenly laid out at all - Sauce and cheeses should have been at the bottom to make the sandwich less messy - Remove the wooden skewer (small chance but it might burn) - Let it rest before eating so juices don't flood out (if there are any juices in there, which I highly doubt)
