I just purchased Embrilliance Essentials and without your perfect knowledge I would have been lost personalizing the Birth Announcement from JuJu. Thank you so much!!!!!
I think this is the best tutorial I’ve ever watched! I have been using Essentials for a long time and learned so much! I will definitely be trying these! Thank you!
Gosh. I love this so much! I even bought the design and hanger! Then I figured it out that my 5x7 hoop would make such a small announcement. Someday....bigger hoops!!
Becky you have a GIFT to clearly present and help users understand what can be mind boggling for newbies to any project you present/demonstrate. I love that you anticipate questions we may have and you point out areas where we could run into trouble. And you have a great sense of humor. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!❤️
This is exactly the project I was wanting to do, but I am new to Embrilliance and was really struggling. Now I feel confident I can do it. I made the design along with you, now all I need to do is stitch it out. Thank you so much.
So helpful, thank you!! I really like the way the DBJJ have envelope backs. Such a cute birth announcement! You have taken us thru it step by step which is just great.
Thank you so much for this! I have Embrilliance but have not been able to figure it out and just end up re-creating the wheel in Monogram Wizard or in my Babylock Ellissimo Gold. I so enjoy all your videos and the time you take to explain everything!
Thanks for doing these tutorials. You are a great teacher. I down loaded the free version to practice with it. I received my memory stick and my pink seamripper necklace. I love them both. The chain is so nice on it, too.
WOW! What a great tutorial. Thank you for showing us how to merge 2 files & tips to make this project. Just what I needed. Now you will make me look like a ROCK STAR! I just became a new subscriber to your channel. You explained everything in such great detail for everyone to understand.
I think I can do the same thing with my FontWorks program... we will see. This was great timing. I have a birth announcement to make in the very near future. Thanks!!
This was fabulous! I followed along and did all the steps. Now to embroider! I’ve never cut an appliqué before. Any tips on how not to cut through the stitches? I have duckbill scissors or should I use the ones like you did for a beginner? Thank you again!
Awesome! Good for you! I'm not sure the duckbill scissors will work here. You really need a pair of curved scissors to keep the blades away from the stitches. Duckbill scissors are great to cut stabilizer away from a project after you have removed it from the hoop. You got this!
Hi. Question...I have Janome 15000 which can be web based....can I send a finished and ready to stitch out design from Embrilliance directly to the sewing machine? Also thank you for answering my other question on your Dec. 21 USB video. Such good info.
Probably not. As of today, I understand that Embrilliance only sends designs wirelessly to the Solaris and Luminaire. One of the issues with a Janome, is that you have to add the design to a specific folder (different by each machine model) and there's not a way to add a design wirelessly into whichever folder your machine uses. (Pesky computer paths...) You'll still have to have that folder on a USB to save the stitch file in order to transfer it from your computer to the machine.
Hi Becky. Not sure where I should send this. I checked your blog but couldn't find a contact. You do such great videos, I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on Sweet Pea bag insert. It is an in the hoop design. TIA!
My great niece was just born on New Year’s Eve and I want to make a birth announcement following this video. The largest hoop my machine allows is 6 x 10. If I do the 6 x 10 for the wall hanging what size birth announcements would I do 5 x7 or could I do 6 x 10?
I'd use the 6x10. You can always tweak the size up or down usually by 1/2" and it should look fine but double check it in Embrilliance or other software for sure.
Becky, I just finished using the Hanging Birth Announcement and for some reason my Duetta does not see the design on the USB stick, is this design too large for my Brother 4500D Embroidery Machine?
It sounds like the design is too large for your largest hoop. You might pop the design into ambrilliance and look down at the bottom of the screen to see if the size is red which means it is too large for your hoop.
Yes, it seems intense at first, but as you gain more experience and confidence with your machine, soon it will become second hat. Easier than driving a car! lol Here's a blog post I did on buying an embroidery machine. powertoolswiththread.com/2019/12/06/which-embroidery-machine-should-i-buy/
@@patandrews3288 After looking at the link below, I think you'll be happy with this machine. It has a max size of a 6x10 hoop, it takes a USB, and it reads .pes designs. You can make the 5x7 size of the project in this video with that machine. babylock.com/machines/single-needle-embroidery/flourish-ii/specifications
Hi Cheryl, that depends on the design. In this case, I printed the instructions because I want to make sure I can get them right. If a design doesn't have that many steps, I'll just read from the screen.
I don’t have embrilliance yet are there any videos on embroiderding the birth announcement without it to help me put the fonts in right? There are no instructions.
You probably want to start with Essentials. That is a good place to do all the basic embroidery things you want. And then get Thumbnailer of course. Even if you don't get Essentials, you'll want Thumbnailer so you can see your files. That is a good place to do all the basic embroidery things you want. Thanks for watching!
No, you do not need any software at all to use a DBJJ design. You can just move it from your computer to a USB and take it to your machine. If you want to do any customization like I did in this wall hanging design, you'd need basic embroidery software or be able to use the fonts in your embroidery machine. Embrilliance is not required. However, the beauty of Embrilliance is that you can use BX fonts (to type like a word processor) vs. placing each letter individually as you'd have to do with fonts either in your machine or in the .hus format.
I just emailed Embrillance & they explained that I need BX files went back to Juju & downloaded & put in Embrilliance and now its just like you showed on your video!!
I just purchased Embrilliance Essentials and without your perfect knowledge I would have been lost personalizing the Birth Announcement from JuJu. Thank you so much!!!!!

That was beautiful. I loved how it came out and you made it look so easy to put the 2 designs on there. TY

I made it for my granddaughter, thanks. My daughter loved it. I have three more on the go! So many babies.

I just bought essentials and I am going to try and make this birth announcement
How cute! I have Embrilliance and will feel more confident now trying this! Your really great at showing how to do the techniques! Thank you!
Love your tutorials. I'm learning so much about Essentials. Thank you.

That was great thanks for sharing
What!?! You can use the keyboard directional arrows to move the design? Good stuff!
Great tutorial, must look at getting the software x
At 20:38 I don't have a 9"x14" hoop. I do have a 9.5" x 9.5" since the pattern is 8" x 8" It should work shouldn't it?
It should! That was the hoop size that I had on hand that was closest to the file size. :)
Love watching your videos. I have a different software program but mine does everything Enbrilliance does.
Wow 🤩 it is amazing I will definitely give it a try and nice intro 👏👏

You used 160 in your sizing of the number of ounces.
