Full power probably follows the bysstials. Good combos, many interruptions, good to outplay some handtraps and even useful for more synchro action. Especially Dis Pater is awesome

My buddy and I played yu gi oh over a decade ago and I was the duel master. I was him. Quite literally the duel master. Well he quit playing sometime before highschool and I quit a few years later. Now that he's a grown ass adult he recently is all about yu gi oh and I've been getting back into it to play with him once again. And he's done nothing but return the favor for years of embarrassing loses. The old Heros just don't cut it anymore and Dark Magician can only get you so far. But He's absolutely screwed now. 😂 IVE ALWAYS BEEN HIM!! AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE HIM!
Extravagance in a deck that 100000000% relies on the extra deck is the worst IDEA ever….. just because it is reprinted in the structure deck does’nt mean it is usable. Another problem is the potential brick. I mean, 3 copies of trap that search fiendish chain? That is too much. Because it is searchable, and you need Red Dragon Archfiend or monster that lists that dragon on the field in order to set Fiendish chain with that trap (while the fact is you rarely end board with those). Last thing is it is hard to make king calamity in this build with burning soul is BECAUSE you don’nt play Create resonator man…. It is worth to play at 1 copy is fine… why don’t you use it
so, you go seecond. your opponent stops you from doing your first summon with the 7+ interruptions he set up; you extend you hand, shake hands, leave the tournament.

So not even having all the singles that supplement doesnt make it any better. Any actual examples of 3 structures doing well at a locals is cuz a good player was piloting it.
Alright, guys and gals, my buddy and I are doing structure deck x3 vs structure deck x3. he's running this structure deck, and I'm thinking of playing dark world. Would thus be a pretty fair match-up?

Monsters: I would take out the 4 ants, wild wind for monsters and put in 3 dark resonators, 2 red resonators, 1 battle fader, 2 vice dragons. Spells: Take out all pot spells for 2 absolute powerforce and 1 resonance engine. Traps: take out all 3 fiend golems for 2 powerful rebirth and 1 kings synchro. That’s a jack atlas deck right here
yeah a worse only will work in anime shenanagins kinda way XD the ants are simply bait for hand traps. Dark resonators are useless as the whole point of this deck is crushing your opponent with a full field of red dragons not hiding behind resonators if you have to hide behind them you already lost the duel the extra reds are bricks you dont want to even see it in hand you should only see it off the crimson resonator effect if you need the life points or 2 star. Battle fader same thing useless for this decks win con vice dragons again pointless. One absolute powerforce is enough you can recycle it with gaia and the one resonator. 2 golems is fine its free removal for "cant be destroyed by card effects" monsters" and they recycle themselves. Powerful rebirth slow and useless return of the dragon lords plus foolish burial goods instead. Kings synchro meh one of is fine. Add called by the grave and dark ruler(both have been reprinted in other structor deck for cheap). This deck does crazy boards with minimal outside cards.

@@collinleivas9605pretty simple actually. Lvl 4 monster + crimson resonator = red rising dragon. Then revive crimson resonator and special summon 2 tuners from the deck. Then you can summon red supernova super easy😁

It’s fun but just be warned you should play against decks of the same caliber. It could be extremely discouraging because the people with money have the most insane cards. Sam likes to “hype up” the playability of decks, this deck is good for new or returning players but do your research if you wanna win tournaments.

I really dislike playing extrav in this kind of list, it just feels like there's too high of a risk, though that's more of the fault of the structure because it didn't really give any good pieces of non-engine

Staple handtraps: nibiru, ash blossom, droll & lockbird, infinite impermanence Other handtraps that are a bit weaker but also useful: effect veiler, ghost ogre, dd crow Staple going second cards: dark ruler no more, cosmic cyclone, evenly matched, harpyies feather düster, raigeki Other going second cards that are a little better but also a bit more pricey: triple tactic talents (worth it), lightning storm Also if you want to invest into a stronger RDA-Deck you might consider bystials (just got reprinted) or adventure engine (cheaper & also works with RDA)
Yes but always leave Obsessive and 1 crimson in grave at all times if possible but recycling your other copies of crimson with the other resonators 🔥 Edit: Never play prosperity in this deck tho
I would love to put Slifer in this deck with the Dragons but nowadays there is barely any good strategy to have a good Egyptian God Deck because of all the tryhards 😭
Slifer decks are all about needing hand advantage, which a deck like this won't really focus on since it'll commit it's resources to making a beatstick board. I haven't checked it out, but there were those Slifer and Obelisk structure decks last year. While it probably wouldn't competitive, maybe you could make a nice casual deck around Slifer. You don't need to play meta to have fun with a deck you vibe with.
I think it's a mistake playing extrav in a synchro deck that has 1 of giant boss monsters that are your win condition. Also I feel as though you have too many traps and potential to brick. I would be curious what changes you would make to the non budget deck list. Would you include calamity with burning soul? Maybe small worlds instead of resonator commands? It trades 1 for 1 instead of 2 for 1 on a negate and would be pretty useful getting whatever you need to your hand at the time.
If you want to Calamity lock either Bystial engine w/ Etude of the Branded or Synchro World w/ Crimson Dragon. If you do the latter the combo you set up with is Crimson + Bone Archfiend 🔥🤘🏾

With all the counters this deck has calamity is pointless to go into over supernova...its only good if your summoning on their turn you dont need it on your turn you have plenty of answers already and the the burn is meh compared to how easy it is to get supernova over game
If you go first and you have no battle phase (turn 0) and you make red dragon archfiend does he still active to destroy all monsters you control that didn't declare an attack that turn even though you still have no battle phase?
yes so normally you either synchro higher for that turn or do one of the alternate versions mainly scarred as its flat out better and will get you the original anyway. Not that the original plays a big role in the grand scheme i barely use it outside of fodder.

Question about those playmats.. Do you actually recommend playing with them or just leaving them unused, cause i can't find anything specific towards maintenance of the mat of some sorts. And i can imagine being a holo mat, that it must be really delicate...

Question about those playmats.. Do you actually recommend playing with them or just leaving them unused, cause i can't find anything specific towards maintenance of the mat of some sorts. And i can imagine being a holo mat, that it must be really delicate...

In a deck based around synchro summoning... your extra deck doesn't matter. The guy can make good decks but jesus that's the entirely wrong thing to say. This decks whole gimmick is shitting out big synchro dragons... which are in your extra deck. The Extravagances are just gonna cost you more than you could afford to lose.
