OMG!! I just pulled my Pork Butt from the Smoker!! Let it rest for approximately 45 minutes. Pulled the meat and for the first time ever added more rub to meat and mixed it together!!! Pro tip....c'mon man that is just plain out freaking the Bomb!!! Pure genius!!!! Thank you for the great info!!!
Perfect videos me! I’m planning to do pulled pork on my pellet grill very soon. Kosmo’s videos have made look like a pit master from day 1!!!! Keep’em coming Kosmo!
no need to wrap at 5ish in the morning and we have done several overnight pork butt on traeger..We do 12.5 hours at 200, raise temp to 250 for 3 hours, raise temp 300 and place in pan and cover tightly with foil, pull off in 1hr 50min. let rest at least 2 hours in ice chest before serving. super easy - good smoke - all connective tissue broken down - all fat rendered
Smoked mine a 10 pound at 220-230 until internal temp of 200. Took about 10-12 hours. I did not trim, did not use a binder, and i used a generic Webber Brown Suger rub. I did not spritz or wrap. Turned out amazing, and the party i catered for agreed.
I've cooked two different pork bellies in the past month or so, and both of them were fantastic! I'm about to cook another one next week for some friends that we're going to take out on their boat. Can't wait to share it all with our friends!
I’m confused, description says wrap after 3 hours. Recipe online says cook takes 3-5 hours. The video says you went around 10 hours before wrapping it.
Hire that Raccoon full time brother, he produces Great content. Hope he is planning to film a similar Brisket video soon. Just got the Honey Pecan, pulled pork this weekend for sure! Smoke on Kosmo! 🍖🔥🔥🍖
I’ve watched it, hopping for an updated version using new rubs and tweaked techniques, always looking to get better … I agree it is a good straight forward video and easy to fallow. @@DeliciousManX
Is kosmosq your brand? Sorry for the possible dumb question but I'm new to the channel. I've liked Matt from meat church and have bought his rubs because I like to support creators that I like. I enjoy your content and if that's your brand vs just what u like to use... Anyways I hope that makes sense. I'm always exploring new options
You should invest in hogs Kosmo....... after watching this I gotta have some pulled pork! Next time I'm at Buc-ee's here in Florida I gotta grab some of your rubs!

It's incredible! Make sure you're on our email list so you know when it's coming back
I just put it in the oven once it’s wrapped. I don’t like wasting pellets.
You do you 👊🏼💥
What do you think about smoked turkey for Thanksgiving or a Trager pellet smoker would that work also ?
For sure! We have tons of turkey videos on this channel
Looks delicious but what was the foil wrapped sheet pan for?
To catch some drippings

He did a brisket video a few years ago. Look it up. Been making brisket on the pellet grill ever since.

Not a dumb question! It is my brand 👊🏼💥
So what was that like 15hr?!
Give or take
@kosmoQ how about pull chicken
Might have to put that on the list for future videos 👊🏼💥
Too bad you don’t make more of the honey pecan, it sells out so fast.
You should invest in hogs Kosmo....... after watching this I gotta have some pulled pork! Next time I'm at Buc-ee's here in Florida I gotta grab some of your rubs!
If the price of meat keeps going up, might have to do that 😂
I’m confused, you smoked it from 7pm to 515 am? The recipe says about 3 hours. That’s a big difference
Just a typo in the recipe. 7p to 5:15am is correct 👊🏼💥
@@KosmosQ awesome man! And thank you for the great videos. Pulled pork came out amazing on New Year’s Eve.
@@KosmosQ The recipe on your website still says 3hrs, but you’re saying it’s about a 10-hr cook in the video. Update that website, sir.
spicy moustache youtube channel
Okay? haha
Try injecting
Done that plenty of times
More real videos!
Not sure what you mean haha
Your recipe does not match your TH-cam video. You better adjust it.
