I usually find Jamaican Style sauces are Vinegar and Pepper forward, not much else to them. Sauced Calgary in Canada had sent me a test sample of a jerk sauce which was incredible, unfortunately I think they went out of business, when I was buying sauces to send out, their website was no longer. So why even contact you? Seems like he wanted to find a nice FTG person to talk to lol
