এবার ৭০১টি প্রতিমা নিয়ে সিকদার বাড়ির ঐতিহ্যবাহী দুর্গাপূজা | Shikdar Bari Durga Puja | Somoy TV

আগামী কাল ষষ্ঠী পূজার মধ্যদিয়ে শুরু হচ্ছে সনাতন ধর্মাবলম্বীদের সবচেয়ে বড় ধর্মীয় উৎসব শারদীয় দুর্গাপূজা। উৎসবকে কেন্দ্র করে বাগেরহাটের মণ্ডপে মণ্ডপে চলছে শেষ মুহূর্তের সাজসজ্জাসহ আনুষঙ্গিক কাজ। এবার জেলার সিকদার বাড়িতে ৭০১টি প্রতিমা নিয়ে মণ্ডপে চলছে বর্ণিল আয়োজন। দেশের অন্যতম বৃহৎ এ পূজা মণ্ডপে দর্শনার্থী ও পূজারিদের জন্য ব্যাপক নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা জোরদার থাকবে বলে জানিয়েছে পুলিশ।
আট বছর ধরে বাগেরহাটের সদর উপজেলার হাকিমপুর গ্রামে লিটন সিকদার নামে এক ব্যবসায়ী মহাধূমধামে বৃহৎ আকারে দুর্গাপূজার আয়োজন করে আসছেন। প্রতি বছর সিকদার বাড়ির মণ্ডপে প্রতিমার সংখ্যা বেড়েই চলছে। গত বছর ছিলো ৬শ' ৫১টি প্রতিমা। এ বছর পবিত্র ধর্মগ্রন্থ রামায়ণ ও মহাভারতের চার যুগের দেবদেবীর নানা কাহিনী অবলম্বনে ৭০১টি প্রতিমা তৈরি করা হয়েছে। গত ৫ মাস ধরে ২০ জন কারিগর নিপুণ হাতে তৈরি করেন প্রতিমা। এখন চলছে সাজসজ্জাসহ আনুষঙ্গিক কাজ।
প্রতিমা কারিগররা বলেন, 'বৈশাখের ১৮ তারিখ থেকে আমাদের কাজ শুরু হয়। আশা করি, এবার দর্শণার্থী বাড়বে।'
দর্শনার্থীরা বলেন, 'শিকদার বাড়ির আয়োজনটা সম্পূর্ণ ভিন্ন। দেখে মুগ্ধ হয়েছি।'
Durga Puja, the largest religious festival of the traditional religion, begins with the worship of the sixth consecutive day tomorrow. In the center of the festival, the work of the last moment is accompanied by auxiliary work in the manger of Bagerhat. In the district of Sikder, there are 701 festivals and organized in color. Large security arrangements for visitors and worshipers will be strengthened in one of the largest religious centers in the country, police said.
A businessman named Liton Sikder is organizing Durga Puja at the Great Hall in the Hakimpur village of Sadar upazila of Bagerhat for eight years. Every year, the number of images in Sikdar's house is rising. Last year, there were 6 hundred 51 idols. This year, 701 images of the holy scriptures, Ramayana and Mahabharata, have been made on the basis of stories of gods and goddesses of four eras. For the last 5 months, 20 artisans made themselves skilled with idols. It is now useful to work with decorations.
The idol makers said, 'Our work started from Baishakh on 18th. Hopefully, the visitor will increase. '
The visitors said, "The arrangement of Sikder's house is quite different. I'm fascinated by this.
