About Adam Waxman
Adam Waxman is the Publisher of DINE and Destinations magazine, and has written for several travel guides from Fodor’s to Lonely Planet. He has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industries in Toronto, New York, and Tokyo. As an actor, he has appeared on film, television and stages from New York to the Stratford Festival. Adam has lived and worked in Kyoto and Tokyo, and is passionate about promoting Japan. He has been appointed as a Member of the Advisory Board by the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) for 2 consecutive years (2019 & 2020)
