I just like the fact that every shot you take goes exactly where you are aiming. I appear to be blacklisted because all my fully aimed shots go all over the place.
All these fantastic players land their shots much more than the average player. My scorpion g misses or bounces all the time. Their scorpion g have magic shells. Armour is also paper for me and steel for them. Also, ALL my kill shots to low hp targets bounce. I mean 90% of the time. I wonder why. Now I know for sure that to kill someone i ALWAYS have to shoot twice and i got used to think like that.

Great Video. Im a 3.5k wn8 players but I still learnt a lot. Need to improve on my psychology and predicting what enemies will do and where they will go.
And regarding to all people saying my X Tank never hits like tank of people I watch on the TH-cam. Few things you have to be aware of. 1. RNG happens to everybody and some shots will always be misses. Impossible misses to. Only most of the top players will not provoke it (will explain that later) and will not put it in the video. They are showing their highlights to have better content and more views hence more earnings. Normal thing. More power to them. 2. Lot of tanks need certain equipment and crew level and special skill to achieve the things you see them doing. Some tank just become way better with bond equipment and epic crew. Plus what you see is not same what you do but it happens so fast that you think it is same. 3. RNG is not same for every tank. Big alpha guns have worse effect of RNG. They can't let you do damage all the time. On small alpha guns they can plus penalty of dinging/missing one is not an issue while high rate of fire. 4. Paper specs do not show some of the most important things. Like terrain resistances and gun soft stats. So it seems tank will be fast and is fast only on hard surface but everywhere else it is slow. Like gun on Grille and Skorpion and few other tanks on the paper have highest accuracy in their classes but have huge penalties on moving turret or hull or huge penalties on shooting before aim time passed. On other hand some tanks do not need to wait to be fully aimed. Fully aim with a Grille and wait additional second if you can and do not move a mouse at all when clicking and it will hit. If your mouse has high DPI settings and it is very fast already by clicking you are moving it and even that little movement will cause Grille gun to miss due to the moving turret penalties. Pro players play extremely low DPI settings on huge mouse mats and do big movements with their hands. This is easier to master and it is easier to chose a pixel you want to aim for. Plus steady the hand on click to. At 6K+ DPI even taking a breath might move your aim a little. 5. They use good settings in the game. They make sure that they have high refresh rate and stable refresh rate so they do get best presentation of what and where they are shooting. Low FPS and lag spikes coming from network or from the overstressed GPU will make you miss way more. If your hardware can't achieve high FPS lower the details till it can. Plus turen off all effects, especially in the sniper mode. 6. And last but not least it might seems unreal but some people are just simply 1000x better in this game. They have experience to predict things faster, they make better decisions, They aim better and know more weak spots, they know more OP positions, they know how to hull down and side scrape properly, They have no shake on clicking mouse button. They come faster to a target. They have better crews and equipment and have researched and use best field modifications. They do take more shots and try their luck more on chancy shots but never play with secure shots but take their time to make those count. They never isolate them self. They go to farm HP at the place that they see enough targets. They change positions when needed. They do not tunnel vision. They accept that even they have to lose sometimes. And maybe most important of all they expect best results from them self. They are not satisfied with 1,5K or 2K on losing game. They expect 4K or more every game in higher tiers and they work on it and do it. People who buy Skorpion G today and pay some gold to train crew to 100% and use 6th sense order to be able to play it have completely different tank than someone who has like 1k games on it and uses his 7 skill Grille crew in it and has good equipment on it and have researched field mods and got all the good once. First player is driving tier 7.5 Tank that is very derpy disregarding to it's accuracy stats. Second player is driving tier 9,2 tank. Gunner and driver have gun handling skills. Their vision is better. Their mobility is superior. Even cammo is better disregarding that cammo is poo on both Skorpion and Grille. Plus when sniping they will wait till they are fully aimed in and hit you. And when they snapshot they will hit more due to the skilled crew and better equipment. Plus they will use food and their better equipment and crew and food will give them higher DPM to. So ne on one you have 0 chance. So do not compare what happens to you and to them while it is not the same. RNG, in this game, is not always the same. Days come where game needs to put you at your place and it will troll you. Change server or stop playing. Play later on.
Kajzoo is the most underated streamer and youtuber. He should have 500k subs and 3k+ active viewers on twitch. Keep pushing mate and you will reach those numbers one day

I am a 2060 WN8 Player with my recents at 2848 WN8 but for a while now i have felt like my performance has plateaued to which i am struggling to break :/
You can still get good results with bad teams. Just know 45% of games u will loose and you can't change it. 45% of games you will win without any effort. But the 10% in between is where u matter. That's why good players are +50% and bad players under 50%. I had my most dmg rounds with jpe and leopard with 10k in lost rounds, but it doesn't matter to me as I did everything I could

It is great video and very useful info, I think that many players are aware of all this but not all of them are capable to put it in practice. And there is always that RNG which in my opinion is a little bit too much (+/- 25%) Anyway my biggest problem is that WG apply chat ban on me for literally anything. Now I can’t even ping on the map 10 times, I am afraid I will get banned 🙄

You’re a incredibly skilled player and you do a lot things in the game really well. Some of those things are talent-based and require incredible hand eye coordination, and no matter how hard some of us try, we simply don’t possess the raw talent to do what you do as well as you do it. Like your ability to snap shot the cupolas on Kranvagn’s requires the innate talent of incredible hand eye coordination which is something that I’ll never be able to do as well as you, no matter how many battles I play and practice. With that said, I’ve noticed a few things that you do very well and very consistently, that I think any player can do because they don’t necessarily require a high level of talent or even skill. They only require the discipline and a dedication to do them. These things you do so consistently, really help you win a lot of battles and rack up a of lot,of damage, assistance damage, and XP. One of the things that you do very consistently is constantly tracking enemy tanks. Like all the freaking time. Your like a tracking mad man. Even when tanks are behind soft cover, 500 meters away, and you can only see their red outlined silhouette, it seems like you almost always try to aim for a spot in the silhouette where you know you’ll have a high chance of tracking them and if possible also cause damage. I know how important it is to track tanks, but I rarely do it intentionally, because when I first started playing the game I didn’t get into the habit of doing it and now it’s a habit to not track tanks and it’s hard to brake that habit. Even though I’ve know for a long time how important it is to track tanks, whenever I’m in the heat of the battle, I constantly forget to to do it. I probably remember to take tracking shots, maybe 10% of the times when I should be. I’m really not sure how to break this bad habit. I go into every battle with the intention of really focusing on tracking tanks, but once I’m in the heat of battle, I constantly forget. Maybe I need to put up a big post-it note on the corner of my display, or better yet, whenever each battle begins, I should start playing an pre-recorded audio from my iPhone where I recorded myself saying “HEY DUMMY, DON’T FORGET TO TRACK EM” every 30 seconds or so on the recording. That might actually work. After 50 or 100 battles of playing the recording, tracking would be such a deeply engrained habit, I would never need to play the recording again. The other thing that you do incredible well that I think anyone of any talent level can do, is you maintain a really high level of situation awareness during the battle, by constantly watching the mini-map and constantly getting out of zoom mode and getting into 3rd person view. You never tunnel-view. And when you are constantly checking the mini-map, you are constantly adapting your in-battle tactics and strategy based on what you are seeing on the mini-map. Maybe I’ll add this to my recording “HEY DUMMY, ZOOM OUT; LOOK AT THE MINI-MAP.” 😉
Can relate. The thing that stops me from being blueberry (unicum is higher than blueberry) is the flow of the game of when should I be aggressive or not. There are times that I know I should've done this play to win the game but don't have the confidence I guess to do it. It also doesn't help that I have slow learning curve so I have to be extra more disciplined and focused to learn and remember my mistakes on the game of what should've and shouldn't done.
another useful tip.. when hunting for arty at end game, and you know where the arty might be (becaues he hit you before) then ping another spot on the map. Arty will preaim and friendlies will also hurry to get the last kill :P
19:00 depending on your tank you can also bait shots for example the stb-1 has a troll front and if you angle it properly if can bounce the e3 there :)
Lie to your teamates, check. Spam gold, check.Take best position, check. Try to predict whats gonna do 500wn8 player, error, data not found - even himselft he doesnt know what hes gonna do.. Still nice type of video, hope somebody help it. And last tip: practice makes perfect ( i have still issue sometimes with minimap awareness).
having played since 2012 when gold rounds actually cost gold its kinda a habit to use normal pen and learn weakspots. sure when theres no weakspots i use gold but when ik i can hit a weakspot i use normal ap
i wish all my aimed shots at weak spots hit exactly where i aimed every time...must be nice...2 of my 3 shots at that 263 would probably have hit the dirt...how do you get that aiming dot to move outside the reticle circle? that's cool, i want that. from 6:50-7:00 mins on the video, when you take out the bourassque...
As it comes to gold spam topic. Stonghold, front line and tier 8 premiums are made for grinding credits. Random battles are made for spending credits and be as competitive as you can. So keep calm and spam gold. 😎

spamming gold is sometimes even more economical, you waste 5 standard shells cause you dont pen and you do 0 damage, you might as well have fired a gold shell and penned and did damage, damage earns you credits. You will still be losing credits, but maybe a bit less.
I really liked what you said about premium ammo. I always compare it with a real battle. If your division gives you a choice which ammo to take to battle: regular shells or better performing shells, which one would you most likely choose?
Spamming gold is a way of adjusting to atrocious state of this game. It's not fun, it removes armour almost completely. Back in time when gold spam wasn't meta (but that's like 8+ years ago), the game was much more fun. But then WG keeps adding impenetrable tanks that suddenly turn into swiss cheese once you load gold... So my point is if you wanna have fun, don't spam gold. If you wanna farm WN8, spam gold. One more though - I often feel whenever I shoot gold it's more reliable on the pen side but much more unreliable on "spaced armour, tracks, no DMG" factor...
Super armor is just bad period, oh but tap dat 2 key and the super armor becomes swiss cheese, yeah great balancing, the amount of Jagdpanther vids i see on Lacho Replays firing nothing but gold is alarming and shows how super armor has ruined balance and the meta, 245 APCR pen and it's barely enough most of the time with all the super armor, i'm a old school TD player in the sense i actively look for weakpoints on tanks....heh, well the game nowadays is like "weakpoints? What the hell are those?". Most of the time it's now a burst damage sim along with hulldown sim where old school turretless TD trades just don't work, yeah 200 pen AP rounds on the Jagdpanther just do not cut it anymore, now you fire gold in it or you watch your WN8 fall. I see the same thing on the T25AT as well, 198 pen just does not cut it with all the tier 10 like effective armored hulls at tier 8 and excellent turrets as well.

I've just returned after 3 years off and finally recovering my password to find as a TD player with a garage full of turret less vehicles, it is a game that you will hate quickly without a full gold layout. I am now ftp and never used gold ammo, sold most of the td's and kept the premium vehicles and 1 t8 Russian TD to level up, I had a game last evening where I sniped several vehicles multiple times I ended the match with 0 damage. Not complaining by the way as I'm not shooting gold, but it seems that is the only way in the state of the game to actually contribute something.
@@stevewaite6461 i was crushed to see how far the Jagdpanther's fallen from grace, i came out of a 4 and a half year hiatus in 2020, finally decided it was time to just Free XP the Jagdpanther as i never got past the Jagdpziv, and boy was i just crushed to see how awful powercreep shafted the poor thing relentlessly, 200 pen's abysmal outside it's tier and only effective against old non meta tech tree meds and outdated heavies, everything else is either too armored for the 10.5cm or is just too fast for the 950m/s shell velocity, which isn't terrible per se, but it's not gonna hit Burlesque's/borats and clown cars on the move or EVEN-90's darting around. Also the view range and camo values are mediocre so everything with commanders vision system spots it. And it's not just the Jagdpanther, it's every old school TD that relies on old school tactics like sniping and weakspot hunting. Almost every old glass TD is a useless powercrept mess IMO, all have abysmal WN8 numbers and winrates attached to them cause the meta is fanatically against them IMO.

I've only played like 2k battles and I don't have a tier 10 yet. I want to have the credits to spam gold, but I don't know how to earn so much. Edit: I know what I can do, though. I can check the credit cost of my standard and premium ammo. For example, my gold ammo on the Tortoise is 4 times more expensive than the standard rounds, so if I only have a 25% chance (or lower) of penning with AP, then I'll fire the gold. Unfortunately, I still feel VERY reluctant to click the two-key on my tanks, but oh well. Gotta try to change that habit.
I sometimes get yolo'd by these stupid idiots and I die and the idiot survives because my team is a bigger idiot. It's always that they're shooting a harder target to hit instead of the guy who's out in the open trying to yolo me. It's so frustrating

the non-cap thing is sometimes a risk, and I have seen it go bad. Also if there is 1 left or 2 not at full health and they are not about to die right away, one can decide to just end the battle and start a new one, instead of using 2-5 minutes trying to chase them. Yes the whole team may get 5% less reward, but the capper get more, sometimes way more. In the case of little HP left on enemy team, it is fine to let 1 cap. Then the chasers has like 1.5 minutes to get the job done, or we move on. I really don't like to w8 for people to get the last few xp. just because they can't spare 1 or 2 to get cap xp. They want their dmg xp. Don't give me the "whole team get xp" crap. That may count if there are 5 enemies left, but wasting time finding the last ones hiding, is just wasting time. Let someone get cap points !
I hate when I see people playing Chieftain and complain about arty shells.. dude, you are freaking “above average” when you have that tank, haven’t you learned that arty splash without damage is much better than arty splash with damage, damaged modules and crew ?? Use that freaking Haus/rock in front or nearby you…

They only require the discipline and a dedication to do them. These things you do so consistently, really help you win a lot of battles and rack up a of lot,of damage, assistance damage, and XP.
One of the things that you do very consistently is constantly tracking enemy tanks. Like all the freaking time. Your like a tracking mad man. Even when tanks are behind soft cover, 500 meters away, and you can only see their red outlined silhouette, it seems like you almost always try to aim for a spot in the silhouette where you know you’ll have a high chance of tracking them and if possible also cause damage.
I know how important it is to track tanks, but I rarely do it intentionally, because when I first started playing the game I didn’t get into the habit of doing it and now it’s a habit to not track tanks and it’s hard to brake that habit. Even though I’ve know for a long time how important it is to track tanks, whenever I’m in the heat of the battle, I constantly forget to to do it. I probably remember to take tracking shots, maybe 10% of the times when I should be. I’m really not sure how to break this bad habit. I go into every battle with the intention of really focusing on tracking tanks, but once I’m in the heat of battle, I constantly forget.
Maybe I need to put up a big post-it note on the corner of my display, or better yet, whenever each battle begins, I should start playing an pre-recorded audio from my iPhone where I recorded myself saying “HEY DUMMY, DON’T FORGET TO TRACK EM” every 30 seconds or so on the recording. That might actually work. After 50 or 100 battles of playing the recording, tracking would be such a deeply engrained habit, I would never need to play the recording again.
The other thing that you do incredible well that I think anyone of any talent level can do, is you maintain a really high level of situation awareness during the battle, by constantly watching the mini-map and constantly getting out of zoom mode and getting into 3rd person view. You never tunnel-view. And when you are constantly checking the mini-map, you are constantly adapting your in-battle tactics and strategy based on what you are seeing on the mini-map. Maybe I’ll add this to my recording “HEY DUMMY, ZOOM OUT; LOOK AT THE MINI-MAP.” 😉

Can relate. The thing that stops me from being blueberry (unicum is higher than blueberry) is the flow of the game of when should I be aggressive or not. There are times that I know I should've done this play to win the game but don't have the confidence I guess to do it. It also doesn't help that I have slow learning curve so I have to be extra more disciplined and focused to learn and remember my mistakes on the game of what should've and shouldn't done.
another useful tip.. when hunting for arty at end game, and you know where the arty might be (becaues he hit you before) then ping another spot on the map. Arty will preaim and friendlies will also hurry to get the last kill :P

Lie to your teamates, check. Spam gold, check.Take best position, check. Try to predict whats gonna do 500wn8 player, error, data not found - even himselft he doesnt know what hes gonna do.. Still nice type of video, hope somebody help it. And last tip: practice makes perfect ( i have still issue sometimes with minimap awareness).

having played since 2012 when gold rounds actually cost gold its kinda a habit to use normal pen and learn weakspots. sure when theres no weakspots i use gold but when ik i can hit a weakspot i use normal ap

As it comes to gold spam topic. Stonghold, front line and tier 8 premiums are made for grinding credits. Random battles are made for spending credits and be as competitive as you can. So keep calm and spam gold. 😎

spamming gold is sometimes even more economical, you waste 5 standard shells cause you dont pen and you do 0 damage, you might as well have fired a gold shell and penned and did damage, damage earns you credits. You will still be losing credits, but maybe a bit less.

I really liked what you said about premium ammo. I always compare it with a real battle. If your division gives you a choice which ammo to take to battle: regular shells or better performing shells, which one would you most likely choose?

Spamming gold is a way of adjusting to atrocious state of this game. It's not fun, it removes armour almost completely. Back in time when gold spam wasn't meta (but that's like 8+ years ago), the game was much more fun. But then WG keeps adding impenetrable tanks that suddenly turn into swiss cheese once you load gold... So my point is if you wanna have fun, don't spam gold. If you wanna farm WN8, spam gold.
One more though - I often feel whenever I shoot gold it's more reliable on the pen side but much more unreliable on "spaced armour, tracks, no DMG" factor...

Super armor is just bad period, oh but tap dat 2 key and the super armor becomes swiss cheese, yeah great balancing, the amount of Jagdpanther vids i see on Lacho Replays firing nothing but gold is alarming and shows how super armor has ruined balance and the meta, 245 APCR pen and it's barely enough most of the time with all the super armor, i'm a old school TD player in the sense i actively look for weakpoints on tanks....heh, well the game nowadays is like "weakpoints? What the hell are those?". Most of the time it's now a burst damage sim along with hulldown sim where old school turretless TD trades just don't work, yeah 200 pen AP rounds on the Jagdpanther just do not cut it anymore, now you fire gold in it or you watch your WN8 fall. I see the same thing on the T25AT as well, 198 pen just does not cut it with all the tier 10 like effective armored hulls at tier 8 and excellent turrets as well.
@@nameinvalid9344 I agree with everything you have stated. I've just returned after 3 years off and finally recovering my password to find as a TD player with a garage full of turret less vehicles, it is a game that you will hate quickly without a full gold layout.
I am now ftp and never used gold ammo, sold most of the td's and kept the premium vehicles and 1 t8 Russian TD to level up, I had a game last evening where I sniped several vehicles multiple times I ended the match with 0 damage.
Not complaining by the way as I'm not shooting gold, but it seems that is the only way in the state of the game to actually contribute something.
@@stevewaite6461 i was crushed to see how far the Jagdpanther's fallen from grace, i came out of a 4 and a half year hiatus in 2020, finally decided it was time to just Free XP the Jagdpanther as i never got past the Jagdpziv, and boy was i just crushed to see how awful powercreep shafted the poor thing relentlessly, 200 pen's abysmal outside it's tier and only effective against old non meta tech tree meds and outdated heavies, everything else is either too armored for the 10.5cm or is just too fast for the 950m/s shell velocity, which isn't terrible per se, but it's not gonna hit Burlesque's/borats and clown cars on the move or EVEN-90's darting around. Also the view range and camo values are mediocre so everything with commanders vision system spots it. And it's not just the Jagdpanther, it's every old school TD that relies on old school tactics like sniping and weakspot hunting. Almost every old glass TD is a useless powercrept mess IMO, all have abysmal WN8 numbers and winrates attached to them cause the meta is fanatically against them IMO.
Can you tell me, whats "the fun" bouncing 80% of shells, if you face Maus with 210mm pen?

I've only played like 2k battles and I don't have a tier 10 yet. I want to have the credits to spam gold, but I don't know how to earn so much.
Edit: I know what I can do, though. I can check the credit cost of my standard and premium ammo. For example, my gold ammo on the Tortoise is 4 times more expensive than the standard rounds, so if I only have a 25% chance (or lower) of penning with AP, then I'll fire the gold. Unfortunately, I still feel VERY reluctant to click the two-key on my tanks, but oh well. Gotta try to change that habit.

the non-cap thing is sometimes a risk, and I have seen it go bad. Also if there is 1 left or 2 not at full health and they are not about to die right away, one can decide to just end the battle and start a new one, instead of using 2-5 minutes trying to chase them. Yes the whole team may get 5% less reward, but the capper get more, sometimes way more.
In the case of little HP left on enemy team, it is fine to let 1 cap. Then the chasers has like 1.5 minutes to get the job done, or we move on.
I really don't like to w8 for people to get the last few xp. just because they can't spare 1 or 2 to get cap xp. They want their dmg xp.
Don't give me the "whole team get xp" crap. That may count if there are 5 enemies left, but wasting time finding the last ones hiding, is just wasting time. Let someone get cap points !
