What did you do after removing the damaged rockers ?
Replace the cam shaft and new rocker arms ? Or had the rockers damaged the valves and pistons ?

hi mate this is a common problem to Captiva and Opel Antara,same engine, and when I do a job like this I always change the rocker arms and the cam shaft only if is necessary

I thought it might cause by the timing belt broken off, and then he still do starting n starting
