I think people sometimes think ranking is = how good someone is. The reality is that ranks reward grinding, with enough hours you can make your game consistent and that’s enough to climb. The difference between high ranks and pros is that high ranks are very predictable while pros are naturally skilled so they are great at improvising. Syk just doesn’t care enough to put the hours on it but he's still a very skillful player, he learns really fast and can make great plays purely from skills, obviously without the predictable parts his game is inconsistent and again, ranks systems punish inconsistency.

He's actually smurfing in Bronze for someone with that level of aim, I'm actually surprised he's stuck there, since the game itself made it so you climb ranks easier to the rank you're supposed to be.
He'd be Diamond if he actually learn all the basics like positioning and crosshair placement. His reaction and aim is really good, his gamesense is quite impressive a lot of times, and he performs quite well under pressure. Ofc there's misplays and times where he doesn't play around his teammates but that's really fair in a game of low rank.
But legit, he's easily Gold-Plat with his current skill, because I've seen worse in Plat-Diamond 🤣

@@demonlordanos9901 Ah I see, so his hidden mmr is all wonky in addition to his fluctuating performance 🤣

@@LoofyClips It's no analysis that his aim is top tier 😁
Small note to how people in high rank normally aims, They will take the best position to aim, getting the best angle, then they will place the crosshair where they think the enemies usually are while trying to get the best angle to swing, that's called "pre-aiming" and considered the basics to get better.
In Sykkuno's case, he aims purely from his reaction speed and manually fixing the errors, and he's just really fast and accurate with it. Like he fking 1 v 1'd Pro players and won?? That's not something any low rank player capable of doing 🤣
12:30 just shows how crazy his aim actually is. he did 360 and he naturally locks in to the left most shooter (best target), took a side step to the right after 1 kill, made the enemy miss and waste bullets, then starts shooting after properly aiming instead of spraying in panic.
While does have the gamesense, he will never know what's considered good or bad play without a coach. I honestly think if John or Abe wants to coach him, he'll definitely get to Plat or higher(Maybe not since he'd hate the grind lol)
I remember his older valo clips, John and Abe are probably the best teammates that understands Sykkuno's playstyle the best and utilizes it by playing along with him. Instead of trying to control Sykkuno into playing the orthodox way, They let him go wild and take advantage of the noise he made. And instead of wasting the opportunity he created, they turn it into a win-win bait. They also communicates with Sykk the best in terms of shotcalling, suggesting options to Sykk for what he wants to do instead of directly telling him what to do. John especially matches Sykk's deranged playstyle the most and goes along with him to just put an extra body and reduce Sykk's chance to just be a lone bait 😂

@@RaikaRai You really know your stuff I learned a lot from this and now that you pointed it out I can see a lot more about syk's play style, you should look into being a coach I think you'd do amazing! Thank you for commenting
