OuterDust's potential in a battle is very underrated, because with the same singularity (which I'm surprised the author didn't forget about) he can just warp Delta to total annihilation, regardless of his phases and states. A black hole can only be blocked by manipulating aspects of existence, or by manipulating reality itself, which Delta can't do. The only thing Delta can do, in theory, is to run away with his energy boosts, but that will wear him out one way or another, and the giant-star strategy is still valid.

This is a sans that has 6 souls and is only as strong as lb sans because his creator said so, so it depends on power scaling whether delta or outerdust is stronger.
I can tell the amount effort this took and i can say this is amazing 9/10 (is missing a hollow ourple joke, oh and i guess spears but hey hollow ourple)
